The dies can be used with most popular roll through craft die cutting machines. All dies except the XXL range will fit the Cuttlebug, Big Shot (with multipurpose adaptor) and Wizzard machines. The XXL dies require an A4 machine such as a Joy, Happycut or Grand Callibur. These A4 machines will cut all our die range. If you have a different machine please e-mail us and we will advise you about compatability for your specific machine.
Firstly, sorry you are experiencing problems using our service. We are aware of the issue and have asked the hosting company to investigate. In the mean time, you can e-mail your name, address and what you would like to purchase to email@example.com or via the "contact us" page and we will input your order and send you a copy of it along with a Paypal payment request via e-mail. You can then use the link in the message to complete payment.
The foam helps to release the die cut from the die. Peel off the backing and apply the foam to the cutting side of the die. Run the die and foam through the machine once. It is now ready to be used.
Yes. Though some elements are not completely compatible (the wellington boots on the gardening outfit do not fit Boo on his Bum for example) all outfits can be used with all the Boo bodies.
All UK orders are delivered free regardless of size, just select the "Free UK Delivery" option during checkout. International orders over £40 are also free (excluding the A4 die cutting machine). For international orders less than £40, a flat fee of £5 is payable. Again please select the correct delivery option during checkout.
The £5 charge is added automatically, but during checkout you are requested to select a delivery option from a drop down list. Just select the "Free UK Delivery" option and the £5 fee will be removed.
We have a very loose Angel Policy as we believe you should be able to make money from your creations. All we ask is that items are handmade using the die and not mass produced. Also, if anyone takes the trouble to ask you where the shape/s came from, then you tell them it is from a Go Kreate die.
Other than that good luck and enjoy!
